Director of International Market Development
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop Strategy, Target and Plan for growth of the Company's business markets abroad, including the current and new international markets.
- Plan and organize the implementation of business plan and target in the international markets under the direction of the Board of Directors in each period.
- Advise the Board of Directors to make decisions, sales policies, promotions, and sales discounts from time to time.
- Seizing the Company's advantages as well as the strengths of the Product line, meeting with customers and partners to promote the development of international partners and market expansion for the Company's product line.
- Responsible for implementing business plan to achieve with efficiency the target international market.
- Negotiate sales contract according to the Company’s regulations.
- Make annual/quarterly/monthly sales and action plan.
- Do analysis, evaluation of market information/data and monthly prepare the appropriate action plan.
- Implement the Company's business policies for the international markets
- Manage the Company's international business activities to ensure compliance with Company regulations and Vietnamese Law
- Ensure compliance of the Company's activities with the quality system, understand and maintain the quality management system.
- Do quarterly and annual analysis of sales reports.
- Develop and manage international market sales budget.
- Collect, understand and validate relevant quality indicators.
- Implement customer support activities.
- Build a lean sales team, manage and evaluate their work efficiency (if any).
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated from University specialized in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics, Logistics, Law... or other equivalent majors.
- Competency: 5 years working experience in a similar position.
- Able to read and understand documents and communicate fluently in English.
- Have good leadership and planning abilities
- Ability to identify, analyze and evaluate the market
- Ability to communicate, convey information, solve problems, and organize good working groups
- Honest, proactive, creative, responsible and decisive in work;
- Withstand high pressure at work and adapt to the Company's business travel requirements
- Determine long-term working commitment.
